Location: Outside Forest Surgery – Walking to Deadwater Valley

** Please wear appropriate footwear, trainers or walking boots

Come join us for a gentle walk and talk session, led by the NHS and East Hants PCN Health and Wellbeing Coach, Zoë. 

It’s a fantastic opportunity to improve your health, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  Patients at the Bordon Surgeries welcomed.
