Designed to help you reconnect with yourself, reduce stress and cultivate inner peace. Through guided meditation, breathing techniques and gentle awareness practices you will learn to slow down, be more present and manage every day challenges with a more centred mind.

We will explore different techniques for becoming more mindful in our day-to-day lives.

These sessions will be led by a trained professional, and no prior experience is necessary.
